Important Notes
* Abstracts are accepted on any subject related to the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The full text or summary of the papers will be published electronically in the supplement issue of the "Aegean Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology" after the congress and a DOI number will be given for each paper. The full text or abstract of all papers must be uploaded to the system in English.
* Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system on the congress website, and abstracts sent by e-mail or fax will not be evaluated.
* Abstracts can be presented in Turkish.
* The abstracts will be sent to the writers electronically.
* Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific referees; The appropriateness, acceptance and presentation of the abstracts will be decided by the Scientific Committee.

Evaluation Process
* Abstracts will be evaluated by the referees in the scientific committee of the congress. Abstracts will be evaluated by a double-blind-referee process. After the evaluation process, acceptance and rejection of the abstracts and corrections will be requested from the authors when necessary. Accepted abstracts will be presented at the congress.
* While uploading their abstracts to the system, authors will be able to choose the form of presentation as oral or poster. However, the presentation style will be decided by the congress referees according to the evaluation result.
* All correspondence regarding the abstracts, will be made with the author who uploaded the abstracts to the system.

Presentation
* Abstracts will be presented as a poster or an oral presentation
* The abstract or full text of the paper will be prepared in Turkish.
* Oral Presentations will be prepared and presented electronically (powerpoint, keynote, prezi, etc.) (oral presentation time will be announced after the completion of the abstract evaluation process).
* Poster presentation will be submitted as E-Posters.
* After the evaluation and acceptance of the paper, the template for the e-poster will be published on this page and the posters will be requested according to the template.

Abstracts Printing and Publishing
* Congress booklet and e-posters will be published online on the congress website after the end of the congress.
* In order for the abstracts to be accepted, the author who will make the presentation must register for the congress.

Poster Notification Features:
* Participants who are notified that their papers are accepted as posters will be able to exhibit their posters at the time and place communicated to them by the congress organizers.
* Details about poster presentations will be shared on this page in the coming days.
