REGISTRATION ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation fees and external participant fees are VAT excluded
• The prices stated above are the early term prices valid until 26 May 2023. After this date, the new prices determined will be valid
• Prices are for 3 nights (5 October 2022 check-in, 8 October 2023 check-out) and the accomodation concept is all inclusive 
• Accommodation fees should be deposited into the congress account and the payment document should be sent to the congress organization secretariat (info@motto.tc)
• Participants staying outside the congress hotel must pay a 3-day non-accommodation fee of 6.000 TL, in addition to congress registration.
• Services included in the external participation fee; 3 days entrance to the congress center between 08:00 - 18:00, daily coffee breaks, lunches.
• All participants and company representatives must be registered. Registration fees include participation in scientific meetings, congress bag and abstract book, entrance to the exhibition area and social activities.
• Motto Turizm has the right to reflect the possible changes in the tax and fee amounts to the prices.

Airport Transportation

* All refunds will be valid if notified to Motto Turizm by e-mail.
* 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be refunded if notified until September 01, 2023.
* Refunds will not be made if notified after September 01, 2023.
* All refunds will be made after the end of the CONGRESS.
